Rumor has it we’ll be performing at the Armory Center for the Arts in Smiley Barnacle’s brand new Puppet Truck in June, and also: We’re hunting for a space for the 2011 holiday show. If you like tater tots, or if you know of a space fit for puppets that could be used in December, let us know!
Lovely Holiday Magic!
We couldn’t ask for wetter weather, but even with this monumental downpour, fans are turning out for the show. Maribeth Gallion took the photo of the entryway to our show, and it pretty much says it all. The exact goal of the show is to bring you holiday cheer, and by gum, I think we did it. Don’t miss your chance to come and see what it’s all about, we’re waiting for you!
The Flyer for the Show is Finally HERE!
Analog Show Flyer!
Hand drawn and colored on Arches Hot-Pressed 100% cotton paper, the flyer for the show is finally finished! I used Liquitex Carbon Black ink followed by Dr. Ph Martin’s concentrated watercolor.
Nobody draws anymore… come to think of it, not a lot of people do live singing, playing musical instruments and puppeteering… but here at Sparkleblob, we’re both futuristic AND old-fashioned, all at the same time.
